  • In business, it’s often a challenge to gain consensus. To achieve deadlines and maximize results, it often proves impossible to ‘please all of the people all of the time’, so to speak. The question is – how can Leaders manage conflict to avoid losing control?

    No one can predict the future.  This being said, the one thing I can guarantee is – tomorrow will be different from today, just as today is different from yesterday.  Change is inevitable and, even with the best strategic planning techniques, it’s rarely possible to predict how the future will unfold.

    Faced with an uncertain future, where business objectives and personal responsibilities are in a constant state of flux, it becomes critical to manage change and resolve conflicts.  After all, ‘You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time’! Given this, what techniques are there to help leaders mitigate conflict during times of turbulent change?
