  • would hazard a guess that most people reading this consider themselves to be well balanced individuals, right? The thing is, given we all possess strengths and weaknesses, finding ‘balance in the boardroom’ isn’t always as simple as it sounds! 

    The concept of balance appears time-and-again in various aspects of strategic business planning, such as finding the perfect blend of: risk and reward; strategy and tactics; and, efficient and effective leadership. The same concept also applies to people, finding the right balance of skills, experience and personalities – in terms of building and managing teams to maximize their output.
