  • In the corporate business world, it often feels as if everything revolves around revenues and profits. Given the never-ending search for competitive advantage, the real question becomes – where does growth actually come from?

    In simplistic terms, a lot of the commercial challenges we face relate to a single, simple word –growth. For example, perhaps our business objectives include – launching products, improving customer satisfaction, geographical expansion, increasing shareholder returns or raising brand awareness. The thing is, irrespective of our detailed individual objectives, almost all of them boil down to growing the bottom-line. Given this, what can we do to unlock future profits and achieve higher returns?
