  • Selecting and using the right tool for the right job, is an important part of getting things done in business. But, is this age-old advice still relevant and does it actually increase our profits?

    If you’re a long-time reader of my articles, no doubt you've noticed I often stress the importance of looking beyond quantitative MBA frameworks, to consider the less formulaic aspects of strategy formulation and execution.
